Registered Osteopath
Registered with the General Osteopathic Council

Elisabeth uses the approach called "cranial osteopathy", although she would like to point out that this is a mis-leading title, as it is an approach which applies to the whole body, and is equally effective as other techniques in treating back pain or any of the other complaints for which people seek osteopathic help.

She is a member of the Sutherland Cranial College, and tutors on postgraduate cranial osteopathy courses.

After taking an honours degree at Bristol University in French, German and Italian, Elisabeth worked at different times as a linguistic secretary, arts administrator and language teacher, living mostly in London, but spending a year each in Rome (teaching English) and Vienna (studying music).

Having finally decided on a career in osteopathy, Elisabeth went to the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy, where she gained her diploma in 1983.  She spent her first year in practice working for Richard Holding who was then in Kington, and at the Natural Health Centre in Hereford.  She then moved to Mid-Wales, and since 1984 has been living and working in the Llandrindod area, where she lives with her husband and two children.

Sensory Motor Integration An Information Day organised and promoted by Elisabeth Davies for parents, teachers and health workers was held on Saturday April 20 2002 in Llandrindod Wells, Powys, Wales.
Further information about the conference is here.
Intelligent Body Elisabeth Davies co-directed this conference for the Sutherland Cranial College in London on April 16th and 17th 2005.
